Here's how easy it is to earn Spa Rewards automatically:

• New Guest Pre-booking - New guest who pre-book at check-out receive 5,000 points
• Existing Guest Pre-booking - Existing guest who pre-book at checkout receive 5,000 points
• Services -Purchase $150 or more and earn 1,000 points.
• Retails - Purchase $100 or more and get 5,000 points.
• Online Booking - become a VIP guest and receive 2,500 points every time you book online
• Trying a New Service - try any new service for the first time, receive 5,000 points
• Referring a New Guest - Receive 10,000 points for every new guest that you refer to Dana Point Bodycentre who books and receives a service.

Every 1,000 points is equivalent to $1.
Example: 50,000=$50

The higher the point accumulation, the more your $pa Dollar$ are worth. Use $pa Dollar$ toward purchases of services, retail, and gift certificates.

Program Rules & Information

• Points are rewarded at point-of-purchase only.
• New guests receiving points for pre-booking at checkout cannot use their newly awarded points until their next visit. This is a one-time only award.
• Point balances can be seen on register receipts, AND for all VIP customers who are registered for Online Booking by viewing their client profiles.
• Using Spa Dollars for purchases of services or retail COUNTS toward accumulation of more Spa Points.
• **Use of Spa Dollars can only be used for a full purchase, not as partial payment toward that purchase.
• After a period of one year's activity, accrued points expire (typically at end of a calendar year).
• Points may not be redeemed for cash.
• Returns/Refunds made that resulted in awarding points will result in a deduction of points on account.
• Points can not be shared or transferred.
• Dana Point Bodycentre has the right to modify or cancel the Rewards Program at any time.
• For Online Booking, the cancellation policy applies. A credit card is needed to register as a VIP and enroll in Online Booking.
